The questions sales teams ask first.

What about consent to record?

Ruyo builds the consent step into every recording. Before recording starts, the app shows the rep a short line to say to the customer and keeps a record that it was said. We agree the wording with you before anything goes live and walk every team through it. Whether and when your team records is your decision, with your own legal advice; the terms set out what Ruyo provides and what stays with you.

How will my reps feel about being recorded?

The rep gets the value first: their own coaching, minutes after the conversation, before anyone else sees anything. It is a coach, not a camera. Most reps want to know what they could have said differently; Ruyo tells them, with the clip, and nobody has to type anything up.

Does it replace our CRM?

No. Ruyo is a coach, not a system of record. It does not need your CRM to start, and your recordings, notes, transcripts and scores are yours to export.

What does setup involve?

The app goes on the team’s phones. We turn your own sales process into the scorecard with you, and agree the result the pilot will be measured on. From the first recorded conversation, Capture writes the note and Coach sends the one thing to fix; Assist, Remember and Grow fill up as the conversations do.

Where is our data kept?

Your recordings, transcripts and coaching are stored in London. Speech-to-text and the AI models that write the coaching run with named providers, some of them in the United States, under their data processing terms. The full list is in our privacy notice, and we take every team through it before the pilot starts.
