Car dealerships

Record every showroom visit. Coach every sales exec. Know what actually happened.

Your sales execs record each showroom conversation on the phone in their pocket. Capture writes the note: the car, the part-exchange, the monthly, who signs it off. Coach sends back the “I’ll think about it” that went unanswered, with the clip and the one thing to fix by tomorrow.

Grow shows the sales manager who needs help this week. Remember answers any question across every conversation the showroom has had.

  • The note, written for them
  • A brief before the second visit
  • Coaching on real showroom moments
  • Ask anything about any customer
  • Your sales process is the scorecard
  • On the phone they already carry

The dealership layer

One app. Tuned to the showroom.

Capture, Assist, Coach, Remember and Grow are the same for every in-person sales team. What makes it yours is the thin layer on top: what Capture listens for, the behaviours Coach scores, and the moments Grow sends to the manager. All three come from your own sales process, set up with you before the pilot starts.

Capture · what it listens for

The fields a dealership conversation turns on.

Every conversation is read against the facts the deal actually turns on. These are the ones the pilot runs; your team can change them.

Showroom visit · Mr SmithExample

Car and spec Seven-seat SUV, automatic “Seven seats for the kids and the dog, and it has to be an auto.”
Part-exchange 2021 Qashqai · finance outstanding “The Qashqai comes in. There is still a bit left on the finance.”
Finance £2,000 deposit · 48 months · £420 a month “Two grand down and about four twenty a month, over four years.”
Decision-makers Partner signs off “It would have to get past my wife first.”
Competing dealer VW Tiguan quoted elsewhere “The VW place has quoted me on a Tiguan.”
Timing Lease ends March “The lease is up in March anyway.”

✓ Written down from the conversation. Nobody typed a word.

Coach · what it scores

Your process, scored on one real conversation.

The scorecard is yours, in your words: the behaviours that win in the showroom, scored on every conversation and played back as the seconds that mattered.

Scored · Mr Smith · 26 min3 of 5

Qualified the part-exchange early Pass · 03:10
Presented finance as a monthly Pass · £420/mo
Handled “I’ve seen it cheaper” Pass · 09:41

Asked for the test drive Missed
The one thing to fix by tomorrow

At 14:02 he said he would think about it and it went unanswered. Replay the 38 seconds, then book Saturday’s drive before he leaves.

The objections, as your reps hear them

“I’ll think about it”“I’ve seen it cheaper down the road”“My wife needs to see it”“What’s my car worth?”“Can you do anything on the monthly?”

Grow · what the manager sees

Who needs help this week, and on what.

An inbox, not a dashboard. Each line is one rep, one behaviour, the clip that shows it, and the suggested action in your words.

Manager inbox · this week

Dan · asking for the test drive Three showroom visits this week ended without a drive booked. Quick 1-to-1 · clip attached
Priya · the Tiguan comparison Handled it well twice. The clip is in the team library. Say well done · share the clip
Team · “I’ll think about it” Six this week, four left with no next step. Saturday huddle

FAQ

The questions dealers ask first.

Does it work with our DMS and CRM?

Ruyo does not need them to start, and it does not replace them. It coaches from the conversation on the phone. Integrations are not part of the pilot; your recordings, transcripts and scores are yours to export.

What about FCA and Consumer Duty?

Ruyo is a sales coach, not a compliance platform. Because every finance conversation is recorded and transcribed with the customer told, you do have a record of what was said. Treating that as compliance evidence is a decision for you and your compliance adviser, not a claim we make.

How will my sales execs feel about being recorded?

They get the value first: their own coaching, minutes after the customer has gone, before any manager sees anything. It is a coach, not a camera. Nobody has to type up a note again.

What does it cost?

£99 a seat a month, minimum five seats. You start with a 30-day paid pilot for the whole team, and if there are no results you get your money back.
